1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high order volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping across Pakistan nationwide.
For bulk or commercial gym equipment orders, shipping may also be arranged to selected international locations on request.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
- Major Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
- Custom / Heavy Gym Equipment: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Weight of the product
- Delivery location
- Size of gym equipment (especially heavy machines)
Final shipping cost is shown at checkout or confirmed by our support team before dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status in real time.
6. Delivery Confirmation (Important for Payment Protection)
To comply with secure payment standards (Stripe / GoDaddy Pay / global gateway rules):
- All orders require proof of delivery (POD)
- Customer signature or courier confirmation may be required
- Delivery address must be accurate and complete
- We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailable recipient
7. Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier service delays
- Public holidays
- Security or transport issues
- High order volume periods
We will always keep you updated in case of any delay.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:
- You must report it within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product
- We will investigate with the courier company
Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or refund depending on situation.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
We are not responsible for:
- Wrong addresses
- Incomplete address information
- Delayed delivery due to incorrect contact details
10. Cash on Delivery (If Available)
If COD is offered:
- Orders may be verified before dispatch
- Fake or unconfirmed orders may be cancelled
- Repeated fake orders may block future purchases
